TRX Straps Bicep workouts!

I have personally always been a fan of more traditional bicep workouts such as curls, dips ect. However there certainly is something to be said for body weight bicep exercises, this elicts a higher level of neuromuscular activation and helps build muscle and develop strenght faster. I have come across a cool product called "TRX Straps" maybe some of you have heard of them already. The great thing with this product is that it harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train. That's all you need - the TRX and your own body. No additional weights required. I did a little bit of reasearch on this product and found that it has got quite a few good reviews one specifically from another body building guru "Jason Ferruggia" author of Muscle Gaining Secrets. This makes for a great bicep workout because you are moving your body through space as opposed to just moving your individual limbs as in most classic bicep workouts. Another great advantage to this particular product is that it really works your core, thus preventing many future injuries.
